We were thrilled, too, to be finalists in a pair of categories:
We owe massive thanks to the team from Superhero who put together the brilliant Best Partnership of the Year submission.
We were also delighted to see our Chief Commercial Officer, Carolyn Breeze, make the final shortlists in both the Female FinTech Leader of the Year, and Outstanding FinTech Leader of the Year categories for her work at GoCardless before joining Zepto–justfied recognition for a brilliant industry leader.
So, how did we fare?
Sadly, on this occasion, we were pipped at the Finnies post by the Zip juggernaut who we congratulate wholeheartedly. It goes without saying that we’re a little disappointed with the result. Still, we’re chuffed to be recognised alongside an incredible home-grown, global success story like Zip.
The Excellence in Payments category was hotly contested this year, and we were thrilled to be nominated alongside an impressive cohort of finalists. 2021 has been an exciting year for us at Zepto as we have hit a number of milestones, and being recognised as a Finnies finalist would not have been possible without the support of our customers and the unbelievable commitment from our team at Zepto. Thanks to FinTech Australia, and congrats to all of the finalists and winners from all of us at Zepto.
