The Australian fintech community is blessed to have a number of annual awards programs that showcase the incredible thinking, products, solutions and collaborations bubbling away in our neck of the woods. The 7th Annual FinTech Awards were no exception.

CEO Chris Jewell and CCO Carolyn Breeze donned their finery and attended the gala presentation in Sydney, and were delighted to collect the Best Innovation in Payments award on behalf of the business. The Best FinTech Growth Story award was rightly won by Airwallex––theirs really is an astonishing growth story.
"I am incredibly proud of our Zepto team for winning 'Best Innovation in Payments' at tonight's 7th Annual FinTech Awards," said Carolyn Breeze.

Earlier in the day, Chris Jewell presented to the Reserve Bank of Australia's Governor Philip Lowe, Deputy Governor Michele Bullock, Head of Payments Policy Ellis Connolly and the entire Payments Systems Board at the RBA's Payments System Board and Fintech Firms in Payments Industry Roundtable.
