All persisted data is encrypted at rest in highly available, replicated databases across Australian regions. Overarching these facilities is a suite of logging, security & intrusion detection monitoring tools enabling real time notifications, administrative UI and automated response plans.

Connected Institution

Australia’s New Payment Platform (NPP) infrastructure powers real-time payments. Zepto accesses NPP real-time payment rails through our accreditation as a New Payment Platform Connected Institution [CI].

Accredited Data Recipient

In September 2021, Zepto became the first non-bank payments provider in Australia to receive Accredited Data Recipient [ADR] accreditation under the ACCC’s Consumer Data Right [CDR].
